Where most of mainstream wellness fails to acknowledge the nuances of the female endocrine system as it pertains to nutrition and self care, nourished speaks directly to the full spectrum of women’s health, giving women the tools to feel confident in the way that they care for and nourish their bodies, at very stage of their womanhood.

BONUS Session: EFT Group Tap

You won't want to skip over this session with my dear friend and Advanced EFT Practitioner, Amanda Hudson.

If you're not familiar with EFT, EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. This is a powerful technique for releasing stored energy and emotion. We will be doing a group tap session around body love, self acceptance and any blocks we may consciously or unconsciously be carrying around nourishment.
